To continually increase our ability to feed our local community while remaining in the center of God’s direction and reflecting His character.

Mission

To grow healthy food and help feed our local community. We do this through natural growing practices including composting, crop rotations, cover crops, pest management, and other best organic practices.

Values

Humility: We will constantly be aware that the resources we use and the customers we serve are gifts from God entrusted to our temporary stewardship.  

Integrity: We will be honest in everything we do, never over-promise, and zealously work to fulfill our commitments.

Profit: We will earn an average profit. We will use organic practices but will not become certified organic, as this would require us to increase our prices, which we do not want to do to the consumer. 

Value: We will strive to provide our customers with more value than they expect.

Personable: We will always be pleasant and easy to work with.

Learning: We will value individual and organizational learning (the ability to continually take in new information, acquire new insights, and change in positive ways as a result of that information) as one of our primary competitive advantages.

Quality: In everything we do, we will strive to do it as well as, or better than, the very best farms in the world like ours do it.

Open-minded: We will constantly be open to new or different ideas, methods, and concepts from all sources, especially our customers.

Outreach: We will continuously look for practical ways to be the hands and feet of Christ in our community. We will primarily do this by feeding our local community healthy food, but when other opportunities arise, we will prayerfully consider which ones to participate in.

Growth-mindset: We will be open to regular and consistent growth in our organization and will seek help managing that growth appropriately.

Benchmarks and Analytics: We will consistently monitor our productivity, assess what is effective and what is not, and strive to quickly learn from it all.

Thankfulness: We will constantly be thankful for all of the work we do, and our attitude every day will exude a grateful heart that knows full well that it is blessed to do His work here in the basin.
